T5 & T8 Colours?

Hi, so I'm a few months into my first Marine tank and I already want to upgrade to a much bigger tank with LED's and start over. But I'll have to make do with my 33Gal until I move out of my parents.
But the reason I'm posting is to ask which colour bulbs I'll need. I've decided my tank will mainly be Zoa's with a GSP back wall. Currently I have 2 T8's Blue Actinic and 2 T5's Marine White 14,000K, but I can only see the florescent Zoa's when the T5's go off. So which bulbs should I change too?

I think I have just found the most amazing thing ever! Arcadia have LED's that fit into T8 fittings! Why have I never heard off these? I must admit I'm slightly excited! I think I will have 2 strips of these T8/Blue LED's >25,000K and then for my T5's I will have 2 Red Sea Blue White 15,000K. Is this a good or bad idea?
