Curious on some information of the Orphek dif100 or dif50. Are these still being made and if so can I have a link for them. What is the expected coverage for them?

Hi Corey,

Thanks for your inquiry. These are no longer being made. There were a couple of different lens options that offered different coverage: however, we no longer have that information.

We would recommend taking a look at the Kessil A360WE or A360NE. These offer comparable power at a fraction of the cost.

If you can let us know what coverage you are looking for, we will be happy to make some suggestions.

Thanks for the info Corey. Assuming it is 48L x 48W x 24H, we would recommend going with 4-5 Kessil A360WE's (http://www.marinedepot.com/Kessil_A360WE_Controllable_LED_Aquarium_Light_Tuna_Blue_Aquarium_LED_Pendant_Lights-Kessil-YH09955-FILTFILDLP-YH33747-vi.html) (depending on your rock layout).

Together with Kessil's Spectral Controller or an Apex System, it would make a very nice, controllable, lighting system for your tank.

Here is my Rockwork....http://i333.photobucket.com/albums/m377/biecacka/IMG_9053.jpg
And an older picture, different setting on camera and different angle to show the rockwork is a "U" in the center of the tank. http://i333.photobucket.com/albums/m377/biecacka/_MG_9034.jpg
Currently using a single radium..

Love the rock layout  Seeing that it is fairly open, 4 should do the trick.
