coral feeding

is there a real good coral food that is good for all sps,lps and others corals ?
there are so many for sale. i want to get a premium one.

You're going to get a lot of different answers to this question. The best thing to do would be to pick a few different one's that you're interested in and research them to find out which one you think would be best. Then try out a couple different kinds and see how your coral response.

Rods makes a good frozen coral food, I also use coral frenzy soaked in Selcon.
