another radion question

I just ordered a radion Gen 3 pro and I was wondering what settings you guys keep yours on. Looking for optimal growth. Not to worried about what color it is just want the best growth.

I've been looking at a lot of schedules etc.. The general feeling I get, is blues/20k type stuff in morning/afternoons, then some go down to 10-14k a few hours in the midday.

There's quite a few schedules posted on different web pages/forums. (bing/google)

(btw, for coloration, it looks to be less lower spectrum and intensity in general)
