Ive gotten over 3 of these in quarantine and none of them makes it. They all start to either swim irradically or it doesn't get past quarantine with chloriquine phosohate. Anyone have suggestion on how to quarantine them correctly?

Sorry to hear. I know how it feels. Lost a nice male lineatus a while ago to Cupramine in QT. I wouldn't treat them preventatively for external parasites...just prazipro and anti-bacterial medication to start with. If you go with hyposalinity, watch your pH levels. I don't think fairy wrasses are as tolerant to pH level swings as other fish.

I've always had better success with juvi/female/sub male Lineatus over large and super males

This was going to be my suggestion as well. And don't treat them using copper either IMO.

I plan to do tank transfer on the next round. How do they fair with prazipro pro?

Mine breezed through TT and prazipro with zero problems. He's the alpha male of my wrasse population and doesn't take anything off of my genicanthus angel either.
