Found this in my Reef yesterday

Hey Guys,
I found 2 of these in my tank yesterday & was able to snatch one of them.
Any ideas on what kind of worm this is? Thanks for your help.

Was it crawling through the sand, or swimming around? Maybe an epitoke of some sort?

I was blowing off some of my rocks & two of them popped out. never saw anything like them before.
