amount of flow in 55 gallon aquarium

I have a 55 gallon aquarium. I have a hydor korilla 750 and the flow from the return pump. I was wondering if adding a hydor 1150 would make too much flow or should i add an 850? I currently have just a few soft corals but will eventually have mostly LPS.

either one would be fine. the placements of the powerheads, the amount of rocks in the tank, and aquascaping are also important in determining the amount of flow imo.
