Upgrading Sump and skimmer

I have a 120 Gallon reef tank and want to upgrade. I have a budget of about 800 dollars and was wonder what i should get I have been looking at the trigger system ruby elite 36 or tide line 36 or something simple like the eshopps rs or r 300. and for skimmer I was think either Reef Oct 200 int, vertex omega 150 , aqua euro 250 or the eshopps s-200. For space I have about 40x20x30. any input will be appreciated

I like the DIY sumps. Find a 55 gallon and throw some baffles in it. As for skimmers I was born and raised on Aquac. Love them. They have good reviews too. At the moment there are used EV-180 and EV-400 skimmers on ebay. The EV-400 is only $195 that's a steal!

Exactly........much easier to make your own the way you want it then to waste money on a premade one that might not be what you need.
