I picked up a naso tang yesterday. I put him in my 40b frag tank as there are only a couple fish in that tank so I am using it as my QT. With in 15 min he/she started eating bubble algae. I am amazed!!!! I had no idea there was a tang that would eat bubble algae. When he/she is done with QT and cleaned the tank I am going to put the naso in my 93 cube that has bubble algae in it and I hope it cleans all the bubble algae out of it to before he/she goes into the 300g. Has anyone ever had a tang eat bubble algae before. I did a quick search and saw there were a few but not much. He/she is under 3" and I wonder if this just happens with young ones? I also picked up a 2" chevron. Both are fat and seem to be if great health. The chevron has fantastic colors that I know fad to a very dark color as they grow. Does anyone know at what size they loose there orange colors. Not that it matters because I kind of like the dark colors 2 but just wanted to know.

I am happy to hear I am not alone. My blonde naso loves it. Its like watching a dog chase a ball.

My Kole tang ate some in my old tank, but not often. And my flame angel would follow him around the tank eating and grazing everything the tang did. Well when he got to the bubble algae, the angel was like no way man! lol Tangs and angels have so much personality hahaha
