One of my bulbs went out the other day after about 10 months of use or so I thought. I ordered a new set of 250w Radium I changed the first bulb plugged it back in and noticed a little noise but the bulb didn't fire. So i was thinking it was the wiring, so i rewired the bulb same thing. So I plugged the other ballast into the bulb thinking it might be the ballast and same thing. Tried my ballast on the old lamp that is working and now it wont fire. Did i fry both my ballasts???

Model of the ballast is Lumatek LK250

It looks like there might be 2 fuses in them at the end they are white and can be pushed in, but cannot be pulled out.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks!
