I've been shopping around for an Orange Euphyllia Ancora (AKA, wall hammer) with not so much luck. I want to nestle it in between my Aussie purple and my Aussie green hammers, but I want the wall, no branching ones. Anyone know of one for sale that can point me in the right direction? Thanks

Dr Mac's had some nice ones about 6 weeks ago but they have been long gone and I haven't seen any new ones since. I think they sold for about $300 for a 4" colony.

Uh oh, the true oranges will surely have your wallet running for the door. Good luck. I lost 3 of them and spent just under a grand for them total. :headwally: Since moved on.

Thanks, How much are they asking for the one in Milford? I will get in touch with Dr. Macs to see if anymore will become available. I know they will be pricey, but hey, what isn't in this hobby. I never expect to get away cheap with anything when it comes to reefing. If anyone hears of any other sources let me know. Thanks

Why wall vs branching. Most people have better success with the branching type

Just preference. I really like the skeletal pattern as they grow. Plus my other two Aussies are walls and I've put them through hell with never an issue. Maybe I've just been lucky or maybe different colored ones are more sensitive (which wouldn't make alot of sense). I've got some calls in so we'll see what happens. If I score, I'll be sure to post some pics
