I have a Kole yellow eye tang in a 160g tank. I am considering adding another tang. for some time I have been considering adding a mimic lemon peel. but here recently, I have also been considering a powder brown.
I think technically they are all different, but maybe not different enough?
any thoughts on compatibility on either of them, or even possibly all 3?

I have a Kole Tang and a Lemonpeel Mimic together in my 120gal.
The Kole Tang was quite established when I added the Mimic Tang; which was about the same size.
The Kole Tang did lightly harass the new tang; although nothing serious. That only lasted for a couple of days and they've been fine together for the last year-and-a-half.
I would think if you have any issues, it would be between the Mimic and the Powder Brown.
I have no personal experience with the Powder Brown, but the larger Acanthurus sp. tangs can be quite aggressive.
Someone else may have a better answer for you.

thanks for sharing your experience. If I had to pick one, I think I would prefer the mimic, but that powder has some nice colors as well.

A. Japonicus is a wonderful fish, I've had two and both were fairly peaceful at least until they get very big. IMO better looking than a powder blue
