ok so iam looking at a 90g (48L*18D*24H) for a reef tank

"beginner" type corals..leathers,colts,rooms weeds and saltwater plants possibly a clam in the future, no colored sticks or the likes

tank comes with a reef capable marine land led fixture..is that enough light or do i need to throw in a second reef capable marine land led fixture or a t5(2 or 4 bulb) my 60g i got for this project got turned into a fresh water planted tank

If you can get a tank without that horrific light, then that would be advisable. They are extremely expensive and extremely terrible for output. You'll want to invest in good lighting, yes, even for soft corals.
