I have a question for anyone who ever owned this tank, I installed new quieter fans and bought teo new lights and installed them too. (Got the tank used) now the lights are going out after a min or so of flickering and the fans stay on. Are the bulbs sucking up too much energy or the fans for the ballast? Why would the lights both go out but the fans stay on?
