Defective PCs

I just received my two replacement 18W PC 9 inch 7100k made by Realux PLCFBU18W. The are the 4 straight pin variety. The original which burned out was a Jalli, but the same wattage and size and the ballast can handle up to 75w. I popped in the first bulb and when i turned it on, it blew out, same with the 2nd. I would like replacement bulbs since these are obviously defective. Order # SO-69435

We apologize for the inconvenience. We will be happy to ship out two new bulbs to you. However, the problem you are experiencing may be due to the ballast: either over-powering the bulbs or it may be a defective ballast. We would recommend having the ballasts checked for defects before trying the new bulbs.
