I have a Phosban Reactor that I just started using about a week ago. Now the phosban pellets are a certain size out of the box. I mean there were all kinds of sizes in the container, but most are what I’ll call regular sized and then a bunch of very tiny bits. My reactor had both in it whren I started, but mostly regular sized. Now there are more tiny bits and big ones. Is this normal?

I don’t think I am running it too high. The media is at a “low boil”. But maybe. Also, should I try to get the small bits out?

This is normal. I find that the smaller pieces come to the top and stay there. As long as you are not tumbling the GFO to aggressively or see small pieces leaving the reactor you are fine.

Thanks. Yeah, I have a little flashlight and I keep a close watch for little bits floating near the top of the reactor. So far it's all keeping very close to the media.
