fish that wont be bullied

Currently have a pink candy hogfish who has a very strong personality. Looking for a small/medium sized fish that isn't a jerk but will be able to hold its own. 60g tank. Currently have blue axil chromis, black clown, two spot Blenny, and pink candy hogfish. Options.... Toby puffer, indigo dottyback, cherub angel, hawkish, or mild mannered damsel, other? Thoughts/suggestions?

I'm thinking hawkish. Another damsel would be fine, like the others, but hawkfish have a great, fun, and exciting personality, can definetely stand up for themselves, and are relatively hardy. If you want a more peaceful hawk the flame or long nosed is the way to go. If you want a smaller one, I'd have to say falco. I loved my falco hawkfish and it will not disappoint you. Make sure you get a regular one though because a dwarf falco probably wouldn't make it in your tank. Hope I helped!

Are you looking for reef safe? Hawkfish can be bullied but usually by larger fish like tangs. Don't see any issues in your tank. My personal preference would be a flame back angel. I had one and it only nipped at one soft coral but left everything else alone. Cherub is safer with corals but IME much more nasty than a flame back.

I'm open to reef safe with caution. So puffers and dwarf angels aren't off the table although I primarily have soft corals and leathers.

Neon Dottybacks are very pretty and personable fish that will hold their own against anything twice their size.

I have a crested oyster goby who stood up to my nippy yellowtail damsel. Every time it charged him, he bit it back and then hid. A week later, the damsel has apparently given up and the goby is just swimming around unbothered.
Perhaps try some sort of larger goby or blenny? They tend to kinda stand up for themselves.
Maybe a waspfish, a rooster wasp? They're small, unaggressive, spined, and somewhat venomous. Most fish leave them alone. Just don't touch.

I had a neon dottyback that ended up killing my indigo dottyback and ate one of my fire shrimp. I couldn't catch that bugger fast enough...bugger wasn't my choice words when I saw the antennaes sticking out of his mouth.
