Tunze ATO issues. Help!

Hey all. So I just put 210 dollars down for this ATO and it worked great for a lil bit, but now the too low button is blinking red, even when it's green light is on saying it is perfectly level. What the crap? Did I miss something? Please help!

What's the water level of you reservoir? I know it sounds stupid but have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in? I have the same unit and I thought there was something in the manual about a blinking red to low light.
