I am moving stuff into a smaller tank and I meed to keep some stuff on large rocks while securing them together. The rocks cannot be out of water long, and one has a clam on it. I have used the water weld stuff and super glue for frags under water with somewhat decent success. Is there another way to it or is that the best method?

Drilling holes and using fiberglass "driveway marker" rods would probably be the fastest. I recently tried the pond foam with wet rock and it held ok, but when I had to move things around in the tank, it fell apart.
