Usually I feed my anemones/ fish frozen shrimp right after it thaws in ro. Today I left the frozen shrimp in Ro water for a little more than 2 hours. Would this shrimp still be considered ok to feed? (Fed it to my fish and a decent size piece of it fell into my carpet)

Just was thinking about it and bacteria and causing possible bacteria in anemones.

2 hours at room temp should be fine, even for humans.

Well for humans the time and temperature danger zone is 41°-135°F for 2 hours or more. Not sure about safety for fish.

And I didn't do anything, just let him be, but I'll be sure to not feed even my fish anything that's been left out too long even if it might be safe. I'm keeping an eye on him though and will update here if anything changes.

Have heard too many horror stories of silversides killing anemones and bacteria growth on something like shrimp even if it's minimal don't want to risk it. (this is a different anem then the one in treatment)
