Hello all!! I had a 4" Harlequin Tusk for about 3 months until his passing this morning. This Fish was in a 125 FOWLR, along with 2 chocolate Clowns, 3 Green Chromis, and a Kole tang. He was doing incredible. First ate 15 mins after aclimation with no issues up until Friday evening. He was hiding more than normal. Yesterday he was in his hiding place upside down, then swam around for a few minutes, them laid on his side. Appeared top be breathing a little slow.

My water parameters are:
Salinity: 1.024
Ammonia: 0
Nitrate: 5 mg/L
Nitrite: .1 mg/L
Phosphate: 2.0 mg/L
KH: 200 mg/L
PH: 8.3

Due to the phosphate reading I performed a water change last night.

Today he was acting the same as well as corckscrew swimming. Almsot like the right side of his body was not working. He has since passed. All of the other fish show no signs of anything out of the ordinary.

Any Ideas? Same similar issue happened to the Clown Tang in my reef tank Purchased at the same time as the Harlequin.
