Are these cracks in glass of my 3 mo aqueon tank?

Saw these while breaking down tank, these are only on the overflow section. Any one deal with aqueon before with something like this? 309758309759

Sure they arent just feather duster tubes? Have you tried to scrape them off? I have never seen glass crack like that before.

Those r not cracks, that plate glass will not crack like that and hold unless it was laminated...
