switching reef tank to fowlr

i am switching my reef tank over to a fowlr and was wondering what is the recomended spacfic gravity and temp for a fowlr tank?

around 72-80, with 76 being a good medium.

I never understood why people who keep fish only drop the SG. Keep them at what SG they came out of the ocean at. I have heard fish breath better at low salinity, are less stressed etc but IDk. You don't save that much salt either by going low. Only thing I would change is going to a less expensive salt mix.
