Zoa help wanted

I have growing all types in my tank except zoas .I have palys doing find . I had one zoa that started with one polyp and went to four in three weeks . It stop growing . all my zoas fade away . I have a 76 gallon half round tank . I have about five watts per gallon . LEDS and T5s . Water quality all test zero . Can anyone Tell me what I to do so I can grow zoas ?

Are you checking your zoanthids for pests? Some of these will cause the zoanthids to disappear so to say.

What exactly are your parameters?

I have found no pest and I have dip them in coral RX . my ph 8.4 ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 0 no phosphate . The last one are doing something new they turned dark on the stem I dip them . I am not sure if it a bacteria or what .

Some zoas die man.. check out the zoa section here... Zoas randomly melt all the time..

Some people will tell you Zoas like "dirty" water. If everything is testing zero your water may actually be too clean.

I heard that to. so i have been spot feeding them about four times a week . the one that went from one to four polyps in three weeks I was spot feeding .
