My zoas have stopped fully opening in the last couple days and figured it started around the time I relocated them in the tank so I figured move them back and go from there. Well after moving them I noticed this between some of the heads, hydroid maybe? Plus the black gunk wasnt there yesterday.

I'm supposed to receive my coral RX tomorrow in the mail so it will be dipped then. In the meantime should I be worried and remove said colony or leave it?

that's an anemone not a hydroid, Corynactis specifically

It looks like a ball-tipped anemone. Generally these are harmless, but I wouldn't want one camping out right in the middle of my zoanthids. You might want to get some tweezers or something and see if you can remove it.
As far as the zoanthids not opening up goes, perhaps they just need some time to settle down. Moving corals around the tank, handling them etc can cause them to be grumpy for a couple days sometimes. GL.
