Just set up a proflex 3. Got a handful of cheato algae and rock rubble. I can see a couple critters - one or two.

Wondering if I should buy a bunch - reef2go sells 2,000 for about $30.

I'm not the most patient guy - ironic that this should be my new hobby.

if you need pods asap for a particular reason, like for sand sifters gobys then you may need to.

otherwise they will eventually populate the tank as it establishes in time

i also urge you to start meditating and practice patience. usually impatiences causes major problems.

like with me and my recent tank crash.

So far my impatience justs costs me money. Like, I set up for a FOWLR, then wanted pretty corals, so bought lights and HOB gear, now I want pretty fish AND corals so I got the aqueon sump, plus another skimmer for it.

I think I'll drop another $30. At this point, what the hell.

Good news is nothing has died :)
