Hey I have had this tank for about a month... Got a little ahead of my self and stocked it!!!!!! I know I know..........

But I checked parameters today and they are off idk if I should change the water yet or not.

Ph 8.0
Ammonia .25
Nitrite .25
Nitrate 5.0
Ca 400ppm
Kh 140-200 ppm? (10 drops with api tester)???
Waters at 1.020

How should I go about fixing this I have live rock a clown pink tip anemone...?

I am assuming your tank is cycled and If your using API for the ammonia and nitrite it may be the test. The low end of those test leave something to be desired. My tank has been up for four years and the API would probably show 0.25. Any reason why your Salinity is at 1.020.

I'm I belive its a little higher than that I have a hydrometer/thermometer combo so it's hard to tell where exactly it sits since it bobs
Take if fairly new a few weeks I know I may have rushed it but now that I have done it just trying to tend to it and keep everything as heathy as I can

You may want to do a small water change to be on the safe side. I would also recommend getting a refractometer to get your salinity dialed in and consistent. Consistency will help you out more than you will possibly every know in this hobby.
