While dosing vodka in my tank i spilled a little in with it. About 2mls id say in a 70g system. Am i screwed?

No, 2 ml won't do much - do observe the fishes' breathing though if you should get a bacterial bloom and keep the skimmer running to aid in aeration as a precaution.

Only if the water becomes cloudy or the fish start to breath heavily I'd say.
I really think you will be fine.

+1. You may get bacteria bloom in form of lots of "snot" in sump. You can use turkey baster or a net to remove it. May be PITA to remove, but you'll be removing lots of excess nutrients from tank when you get rid of it.
Good luck,
Mike
