I broke down someone's tank and kept the coral. Can anyone ID what this (clear tentacle looking thing) is?

Looks close but I think someone in another thread hit it on the head with NPS cup coral. Compared some pics to what I see in the tank. I don't know much about them though.

No smiley face! Lol.... I really got the shaft when I bought this setup. It's going on 2:00am and I haven't seen my wife and kid for days since I have been trying to right my wrongs (buying this tank).

Does anybody want thousands of flatworms with some beautiful majano?

And now a smiley face [emoji3]

You all have done so well with the last two... Here is another for ya. Is this something bad? Or just a polyp that found its way onto another coral frag?

Looks like aipstasia to me. Is it brown?

Yeah. It was brown. I cut the chunk of the rock off that it was on. First flat worms, then majano, and now aipstasia all from the same setup I bought. I got the shaft, huh? lol...

Crap... Didn't see that one. Any tips on getting rid of them?

if you can take the rock out, blow torch them. rinse and put the rock back in. if rocks are fixed, you could use kalk paste( my tavorite), joe juice, aiptasia x, vinegar, boiling water .,etc. natural predators are berghia nudibranches, peppermint shrimps(?), matted filefish(?), and butterflies like raccoon, and kleini which are not reef safe i believe. copperband butterfly might eat them as well but they're hard to keep.

The first one is either a dendro or a balano which is somewhat rare nps . The rest are trash

Definitely ball anemone on the first...majano second...aptasia third. Ball nems are great...the other two...mmm....no...

I would just use some clippers ro cut off the whole part of the plug the aptasia is on. If that isn't possible, I would cover it with kalkwasser paste. :)
