Nice tank, but you need to take control over the dinoflagellates.

Your sand and rocks are taking up some of the volume of the tank. Everything looks good, how about a full tank shot.

Did you use dry rock or live rock? How did you cycle? how long has it been running? What are your current test results? Current livestock/corals. Things like that would aid us in giving you pointers to take care of it...

i used 99% dry rock and one small peace of live rock that was covered in purple coralline algae. To tell you the truth :headwalls: i did not really cycle the tank i set it up and then about 4 hrs latter i put my fish in there lol. cal is sitting at about 460 salinity is at .026. i have a mushroom, zoa. tree, and Acropora are the coral i have. there is one fish i call jerk fish i have 2 turbo snails one emrald crab and 2 red foot hermits. i do a water change once a week 15% of the water

Well I hope you are lucky but you are most liekly still cycling. The acro is an SPS and wants good quality water so it might not last due to your changing parameters.

Are you testing for ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, calcium, alk, mag, ect? What is your lighting?

You cant rush in this hobby and I hope you dont learn that lesson with losses. Move slower and let the tank settle before you do anything else.

i know that rushing was bad and well i would have liked to hold off on the acro longer but it was doing really bad in are other tank so we are going to try the move hope it will help. i am testing nitrates <20, nitrates <20, calcium 460, alk .026, and lighting is a LED 17.5 w i will post a pic of it for you.

I dont think that light is strong enough for SPS. Someone else with it can chime in though...
