Man made caves?

So has anyone here tried using man made caves in there reef or fowlr tanks? Seems like it would work well for some fish that need caves, having some guaranteed caves with out doing a balance act with there rocks

Many people have. Some that have eels use pvc pipe as the hole and build around it.
