Also with the tank it came with 2 175w metal halide lights and 2 super actinic VHO bulbs will these be good for SPS?

I have an MP10 and a WP25 on mine (similar dimensions). I'm shocked and impressed with the WP25, to be honest. I know they now make the RW-8 to replace it. I just changed out the WP10 on my nano (moved it to my QT/frag tank) with the RW-4 and the difference is pretty shocking.
I had the MP off for a vinegar soak, so the WP25 was the only flow (I run a low return rate) and I still had amazing wave action. If I had the knowledge to post a video, you could see movement in my LPS on the far side of the tank! I mean LOTS of movement, from just that one! In fact, the entire surface line was flowing back and forth in a wave motion.
For the money, if I had to start over, I would get 2 RW-8 and even if one failed (which the reviews seem to indicate can happen) I would still be a fan. Especially for the price.

Well I'm moving over a 425gph powerhead a 1600goh powerhead and was wondering if I should go with a RW 4-8 or would a wp10 or wp25 be best

I had an SPS dominant 75, exact same measurements as yours.
I ran:
WP 40
WP 10
MP 10
MP 20
And my Mag 9.5 Return also. I had plenty of flow in the tank!

The RW line is a nice improvement over the WP line. The RWs have a broader flow pattern and wireless syncing between controllers (up to 8). I have 3 RW4s in my 75 but I am planning to get at least one RW8. Since you can lower the speed down to 10% I'd recommend getting the RW8s to start with.

My 75 has a tunze 6101 with a 6201 wider nozzle and a 24v power supply so it pulses between 1000-3000gph every 8 seconds, then I have my MP40 on rapid pulse/ wave mode.
6101 is positioned high on the back glass on the left side pointing right at a 45 degree angle, MP40 is mounted centered on the right pane.
