So I ordered a new heater controller last week. I checked the progress with the tracking number. Apparently it was delivered at 2:19 today to a mailbox in Delphos Ohio. Only problem I live in Wisconsin. :uhoh2:

They are not getting better, but worse by the day. Customer service is the very last of their priority.

Our home town post office opens at 9:00am, closes for lunch at 11:00am, reopens from lunch at 1:00pm and closes at 4:00pm.

Why even bother to open??

Heard back from the vendor. Apparently the post office has new scanning software and they scanned it as delivered instead of picked up.

because they have to.

the post office loses money on many of its locations, but it is legally required to keep them open, even in the middle of podunk nowhere.

I like how they now deliver on Sundays, however, every single time I have a Sunday delivery, i get a notification saying "delivery was attempted" but there was clearly no attmept as i'm usualy home alone without TV or music or any loud noises that would prevent me from hearing a door bell or door knock. They must just write that in so they can go home and just deliver my stuff on Mondays. So much for trying to get things done on Sundays.

What is should say is we attempted to try to deliver but it was sunday and we didn't want to!

Post office here in a business park with hundreds of companies is open 10am to 4pm with one person working. There is a daily line at lunch to the entrance door and they don't care at all. Now staples is accepting USPS drop off so let's see how that goes.
