Hi, just wondering what's the max size a rimless tank can safely hold long term. Not DIY, just a general question, I heard of a 60" blowing out. I'm considering a custom glass 48" x36"W x 18" H rimless.....too much pressure ?

As long as it is constructed properly with thick enough glass or acrylic I don't think there is a limit

The Camden Adventure Aquarium has a display that is about 7 feet tall and 15 feet long that is rimless. There is about 3-4 feet of water in it. The bigger question is, "How big can I go on $xxx budget?"
