Looking for a nice looking ato reservoir. I've seen one with an led top light but haven't found it online. Any suggestions for a good one or websites that I could browse?

Don't know of any ones like that, I just use a 5 gallon bucket from orchard supply. They are cheap and food safe.

+1

or a 10 gallon tank to the side... A reservoir doesn't have to be pretty. ;)

I use a BRUTE 45 gallon drum with a powerhead in the bottom to keep the water moving about and to mix my salt for water changes

I'm looking at that E-A sight you posted and really like the 5 gallon one. think I will order it next payday. I also like that acclimation box, I think I could add my media to it and put it in the spare space in my sump to force water through. I have three of these;
MarinePure Ceramic Biomedia Plate
plus a box of the golf ball ones that I could drop in that thing to keep everything nice and tidey.

The only thing I don't like about that one on the ea site (besides the price) is that since it's clear I would be afraid of algae growing inside. I would personally stick with something not so clear. You can usually find nice black ones on ebay

Wow yeah 120 for a 5 gal reservoir? It is pretty although it reminds me a little of Tupperware. That's too small for me and too expensive.

Only reason i got it was to match the sump. No issues with algae. If i had a seperate area to put ato container i wouldnt have paid $120 for it. Lol

Anybody do acyrlic in your area? You can one built custom to your needs. I did that for my 75 to fit in the stand. I was happy with it. Now I moved and have a fish room so I am about to got the big trash can method.

That's how I made mine. It only cost me $50. I have to say I've never worked with acrylic before and it's not hard to put it together.

I have the 10 gallon one for my 210, have been happy with it. Bought it with one of their sumps.

Both being leak tested in the garage

Mine sits next to the tank, in the dinning room, so I wanted something nicer than a rubbermaid container. If it was in a fish room that would have been different.

If you are using 0 TDS water, there shouldn't be any issues with algae. Mine has been in use for 4 months now (( give or take )), and still looks as clean as the first day.

I use a 32 gallon Rubbermaid Brute trashcan. ;) Before that it was an Oceanics salt bucket.
