Well it has been 6 years since I drained my 90 gallon tank and the reef bug has bit again. Actually the kids have been asking about one and when the wife brought it up it didn't take much convincing. Also having a 30 gallon tall with a nice stand and canopy that I built, along with a sump, protein skimmer, lighting, and a pile of other stuff, makes it easier because it will be CHEAP. Well not so fast, after pulling it all out and going over it, I decide that there is much better equipment out there and will do some research on new equipment we might want to upgrade before setting it all up. A week passes and around $1300 from the checkbook and I am not waiting on toys to arrive.

This is how it will all be set up. The original tank, stand and canopy and a mag5 pump that I had. I will be adding Hydra Twentysix lights and controller, a Bubble magus nac 3.5 skimmer, Vortech MP10, Trigger crystal 18 cube, a led to light the fuge, a couple red sea test, and pile of pvc fittings.

will post more over the next few days

Mp10 came in today

The more I thought about it, I decided I didn't like the Idea of being able to see the return pipe, so I ordered an overflow box from glass holes and I guess I will just plug the bulk head in the bottom and cover it with sand. Should look a lot cleaner in the long run.

The stand and canopy are made from pecky cypress, still need to seal them
