Apex controller/ temp probe limits

What are the theoretical limits of the temp probe and controller? I know it's outside the scope of aquarium use but since it's such a modular system I feel like I can take advantage of temp control for other applications.

For example, Ranco controllers are rated -30 to 220 Degrees Fahrenheit...what temp range can the Apex handle and at what point does the accuracy fall off... if at all?
