Zoanthid interest

I'm starting to build up a collection of Zoa frags and seems I can't get enough of them. I'd like to make them a major part of my new build. Say a large rock devoted to them or maybe try to get a carpet of them. I will eventually be using my nano tank sort of as a frag & quarantine tank.

What typical pests/diseases should I watch out for when picking up new frags?
Can anyone recommend a good reference book?
What is a useful spacing between frags to allow the colonies to spread or "grow out"
