Hey everyone. I've decided to start a new project. My 180gal is good to go now in terms of a project, and now I'm bored (I like biulding things). My new project will be a 1x1x1 nano that I'm biulding ground up, tank and all

For now I'm intrested to see how you all feel about the rock scape I just made for it and plan to have in the tank :)

Oh and I dunno how you all feel but the reasoning for the extra thinger there is I'm planing not to run a power head....I'm hoping that in such a small DT that the flow from the return lines will create my flow

Not random flow I know so I dunno might go with an mp10 eventuly

Still have to make an overflow box thing to go around the strainer, find a small skimmer. And that's about it

Bought a Kessil 150 for 150 was a great deal I figured and is oodles of light for my 7.5

Nice tank. There's definitely something to be said for building something from scratch.

My simple little sump I made

Don't quite know how I'm gunna run it but um thinking live rock bio filter in the left a possible skimmer in the middle and that's it

Not conserned about a fuge

Thanks :) I'm waiting for my rock to sun dry after having given them an acid bath and couple little odd and ends. Hoping to have water flowing in it by the end of the week

List of critters and such to go in is

1x green clown goby
2x sexy shrimp
1x harliquin shrimp (might keep him in my 180 due to his size and a chocolate star being quite large to fit in the 7.5)
3x tallbot damsels

Sounds like alot maybe but way I see it is damsles swim...Clown hides...shrimp stay low.... No one ****es any one off and with the sump the water volume is there to accommodate...

Lol, this little tank is so cute! I also like to keep busy. I have flower beds. I never thought I would run out of things to do. But even with one 60 foot bed, four 35 foot one and a number of smaller ones, I filled them. That is why I am now into marine fish. Bring the flowers indoors! Good luck with your "build". And I look forward to seeing the mini skimmer.

I think an aquatic life 115(same one we use for the biocubes) would work very nicely in there. Pretty decent skimmer for its size and cost.

I was looking at getting the reef octopus nano....it's absolutely tiny but can do up to 20gal

And being I'll have other means of filtration I don't think it's undersized

I've got this baby skimmer on the way... Should be here next week

It's a reef octopus NS80 HOB or in sump skimmer good for up to 15gal of medium nutrient level. I only will have a 10gal or so total water volume as I've discovered

Hope it works
