Need help with long open RMA ticket at Neptune support

Hi,
My ticket 36568 has been open for weeks, and I am not getting any help on the ticket. It is an RMA, that I paid for the RMA 3 weeks ago. I am still getting messages that say I need to make payment. I have updated the ticket numerous times with the order number for my payment, and no one ever gets back to me on the ticket. Can someone please help?
