Can I have say a Diamond Watchman Goby and a pair of neon gobies in a tank like this, with 75 lbs of Pukani rock, and a decent amount of hiding spots where the sand and rock meet?

Or say a Diamond Goby and a 2nd goby of sorts (not necessarily a pair of neons)?

Yes. If you want a Diamond Watchman just make sure you don't get another sand sifting goby. Two sand sifting gobies likely wont coexist in such a small area. Like for example you could get the diamond but you could also have a yellow watchman/pistol shrimp pair and be fine. This is because the shrimp does all the digging, the yellow watchman doesn't sift sand to look for food like the diamond. Something like a diamond and an engineer would be a no go though.

The YWG does dig his own tunnel without a shrimp. He shifts burrows about, digs new ones, sifts that sand a lot, but not the concentrated ongoing earthmoving that a diamond does. You can mix species of blennies and gobies: the YWG is compatible with the highfin redstripes and their ilk, and likely with the gumdrop gobies---different habits. Of blennies, the tailspot and the starry make a good team.
