I have a 90 gallon tank that has been running for a little over a year. I was curious if there was any maintenance I needed to do as far as the section where water overflows into and if the hoses that run underneath into and out of my sump needed any maintenance?

It's a good idea to monthly siphon out your overflow box if you are not already doing so, they tend to collect detritus. You should closely inspect all hoses twice a year, they sometimes become brittle with age.

They do collect a lot, including 6 lines wrasses that like to jump. Just keep out the significant amounts of detritus

Cleaned out the siphon tubes if you notice any algae growth
