Looks like a frogspawn to me. Maybe a hammer. It will be easier to tell when fully inflated

That's almost as extended as it gets. That's on reason I thought it was Euphyllia cristata. They typically have short, straight tentacles that are not double. It's the very blue tips that are throwing me.

Probably is then. They come in plenty of different colors

Hammer heads.

Notice how the tips are anvil shaped. Frogspawn would have multiple round tips per tenticle. And torch would be round single at tips. These don't look round.

Yes, it's a hammer coral.

The coloration definitely matches some hammer corals. I guess I'm used to seeing a much more oblong tip on the hammers.

Im leaning towards grape coral which is a species of frogspawn

After looking at pictures of the grape coral that jpa0741 suggested I have to agree. I am sure it's not a frogspawn or a hammer, was thinking torch but looked different.

So I'm another vote for grape coral. Nice looking frag btw

Thanks! The compactness makes me think grape. If it's hammer, it has the shortest anvils I've seen. I had hammers in the past. The anvils and tentacle lengths were always much longer.

I think it's a Frogspawn. If you look closely, there's one or two polyps that are starting to branch off so to say. (two tips, one polyp) I'm not sure if this is common occurrence with a Hammer coral.

+ one for cristata and a beautiful one at that, very drool worthy.
