Looks like bubble algae. Carefully remove it without popping it.

bubble algae. Try to work it back and forth without popping it to remove. If it pops, it will release spores (bubble algae seeds) and will multiply. Users on here suggest emeralds to eat them but all they really do is keep popping them. Good thing is they aren't poisonous, but can smother corals out if not attended to.
