My Copperband eats frozen Mysis now and competes well for his share. However, he still refuses any other frozen food (yes Paul, including clams!) and gets skinny if I don't feed Blackworms a couple of times a week. I'm trying freeze dried ones now. He eats them, so let's hope they keep his weight up. Hopefully, I won't have to order live ones anymore.

Mine competes with the tangs as well, is eating clams and brine, actually prefers to eat it out of my hand

How big is your tank? I feel they need a reasonable level of love prey 24/7 to keep them happy

In my opinion/experience, live black worms work best for long term success .

Mine is around 11 years old, eats everything. Although I have a few Aptasia in my overflows, I have never had one in my display tank. I know someone posted last year he had his for 18 years until it passed away.

He's in a 75 with a male Blue Jaw Trigger, a few Flasher Wrasses & Chromis, and couple of other fish that probably shouldn't be there. He does wipe out any Aptasia that pop up and picks at the rocks but there's just not enough to keep him fat & happy.
