Thank you for the fast response. Do I need to be concerned about this coral I have heard they are very toxic. Just curious about hands in water etc..

I believe as long as your not fragging it or touching it directly, your fine. There is a thread here about palytoxin.

With them, just wear latex gloves. Fragging them gloves and eye protection. It's a good idea to always wear gloves when handling anything in your tank.

A good coral to have for the zombie apocalypse. Superglue them to the end of your arrows. :lmao:

Just be conscientious when handling them. If you frag them it's best to do it submerged in a container of tank water while wearing hand, eye and even mouth protection. They will squirt poison. You don't want any of the poison getting into your body.

They can also be very invasive. And yes you should take caution with palythoas, only if you're fragging them or touching it for some reason. A normal touch with your finger won't kill you or make you very ill, unless you have an open cut.
