For your new wireless fixtures, will the remote work through a canopy, or does it need line-of-sight?

From what I have read it's pure wireless and doesn't need line of sight but I'll let Logan verify.

I have already asked Logan this question he stated that there should be issue in the wireless signal going through a canopy. I have order two W series fixtures and I am planning on doing a video review once I recieve them. I am yet to see how the next wireless remote feature works.

They use a wifi signal, not an ir signal like the photon remotes. It can program through walls/canopies, and you can program multiple W units at the same time with one controller.

Are the IR photons upgradable to the wireless?

Are the IR photons upgradable to the wireless?

The "guts" of the light are not the same, they use a different dimming signal as well (PWM) so the current lights can't upgrade without changing most of the components.
