I am having a bubble algae outbreak at the moment and i read that foxface or tang can help to eat them. I am wondering is there particular foxface or tang that would eat bubble algae or all types of them would eat these algae?

It's totally hit or miss. I have a buddy with a Emperor that will eat bubble algae and aiptasia. The one I had wouldn't touch either one

My One Spot Foxface quickly removes all bubble algae.

I had a sailfin tang that eats them if I don't feed him. But if he is fed, then no luck on the bubble algae.

I would get some emerald crabs. They do a pretty fast clean up

orange spot rabbit fish, foxface, and most all of the other rabbits will eat it. Crabs can be hit and miss as well- especially in a well fed tank. The best scenerio is to borrow a rabbit- after a few days the algae will be gone and you wont be stuck with a fish you really dont want long term.
