I did one R.O but don't understand what I'm doing of wrong, I put (ASO) Valve, but don't stop the exit water dirty, I close the clean water, yet not to leave dirty water

Just a guess, but maybe you're missing a check valve? Do you have a picture of your setup?

I have the valve's flow restrictor of 500 would that be?

That's the flow restrictor. There should be another similar looking device (with an arrow and no number), on the "good" water output of the RO membrane, before the ASOV. Sometimes that check valve is part of the elbow on the membrane canister.
