So I just bought two jebao RW-8's. There sitting kitty corner in a 72g saltwater bow front. I have about 75-120lbs of live rock and about 120-140lbs of Hawaiian black Sand. I have 3 clown fish 1 flame hawk fish 2 damselfish 1 fuzzy dwarf lionfish 1 snowflake eel. I have the power heads about 7in. Below the lid, on night mode there is only one speed and it is the lowest speed it can go, them being kitty corner from each other the water really moves like when you pull the plug in the sink. But when the lights are on the power heads come alive, the power heads are on at full force on the (w1) mode pulls mode. I guess what I'm trying to know is, can I have too much water flow and how will I know ( maybe I should turn this down some )

I don't think too much flow is bad. Your lion might not like it. Fish tend to hide or "sit" in a lower flow area to avoid the flow. Might lead to a boring, not active tank.
